Carvect Pro comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it is not right for you, tell us within 14 days of your purchase and we refund you in full.

14 days, no reason needed
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to ask for a full refund of Carvect Pro, for any reason. We do not ask you to justify it.
How to ask
Email support@smepoint.com from the address on your order, with your order number or receipt. We confirm the refund and Paddle.com Market Ltd — the merchant of record for your purchase — returns the money to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
Try before you buy
The whole application is available as a free trial, with no time limit and no card, so you can confirm it does what you need before you pay. The 14-day guarantee sits on top of that, not instead of it.
After 14 days
Your licence is perpetual: the version you bought keeps working, and you keep every update released while your updates window was open. After the 14 days a refund is no longer automatic, but a problem is always worth an email — write to us and we will do what is fair.
